Oldies

When I think of oldies there is a certain type of music that comes to mind. Chuck Berry, The Temptations, Elvis.....need I say more. So I was definitely shocked to be driving home Saturday night and here Cindy Lauper - "Girls Just Want To Have Fun" on 103.3 KLOU.

I'm sorry. Did I miss a memo somewhere. Since when did good old fun-lovin Cindy become an oldie.

Needless to say, at that moment I felt old. Every gray hair on my head felt like it had its own personal spotlight.
